memorial resolution for a funeral

Writing a poem for parent's funeral can be near impossible, you've just lost one or both of the most loving people in the world and writing a funeral poem is probably going to be impossible. You should always remember that the funeral is a way to celebrate their life, not their death.

But when there is no plan in place, it is up to the family to find funeral information that will help them make these important decisions. It's a good idea to turn to your church for help. Choose funeral poems which aren't too long, just in case you can't finish them.

Funeral planning, while something that nobody really wants to do, can be made easier and less stressful if you take steps to do so. Using poetry to help with grief, to express love or pain and to memorialize a friend or family member is very powerful and will be appreciated by others who have experienced a loss. People should realize through the poem that they lived with a kind soul and great person.

If you are gifted with the blessing and talent of writing poetry for the dead, share it. Writing a eulogy for someone you knew well and probably loved can be a difficult thing to do.
