selena funeral day

Something they know would make the deceased proud to hear of. Long funeral poems are very difficult to get through without plenty of support and practice and choose the poems you want, not what everyone else thinks you should read.

Some people even write it themselves and some choose to just quote a William Shakespeare or some famous poem. Seeing a life celebrated and hearing words of sympathy and celebration from others often helps them move through their own grief journey. Following or in some cases, prior to a service is the burial of the deceased.

Rehearse your eulogy with a family member or a friend to get their feedback, so you can edit if it is necessary. If you are asked to speak at a memorial or funeral service and are having a difficult time writing down how this loss has made you or the family feel, consider including a poem in your tribute. Humor in good taste relieves stress and anxiety, and it's almost certain to be welcomed by the funeral guests.

You can include poems, quotations or passages from the Bible, when appropriate. Ultimately, the most important thing is to reflect the unique personality of the deceased.
