funeral insurance

Knowing how to put together a public tribute for a funeral is a tough thing. Some opt to use these poems as part of their eulogies.

Standing up in front of so many of her friends and family to say the final goodbye's helped me to finally accept that she'd gone, even though it was the hardest thing I'd ever had to do in my life. The way they showed their feelings to family, friends and people who knew them. Written by you, it becomes your personal life's story.

Usually it is a family member or close friend who is asked to deliver it. If the deceased was a practical joker or light-hearted individual, maybe a poem that incorporates a bit of humor would remind their family of what a happy spirit that individual was. Just like when our loved ones are at home with us and spend time in our living room.

Writing a eulogy should not be taken lightly. If you are gifted with the blessing and talent of writing poetry for the dead, share it.
