funeral services

Generally, people who are requested to deliver eulogies are those people who are considered to know best the deceased person. By celebrating the person s life, you are exposing your soul and your emotions to family members and strangers alike.

In case that makes you nervous or uncomfortable, practice in front of a mirror. Planning a funeral service completely depends on the particular cultural and religious preferences of the deceased and their family. Make sure you are happy with it before the reading, the last thing you want to do is decide that it's not that appropriate on the day.

If you know the person very well and you would like to write it in your own words about that person, you could do that too. If you are a family member you might want to talk about his childhood. Eulogies can take a chronological approach, where the eulogist traces the person's life in the order in which it happened.

So we believe that there is a brighter and wider home beyond death, a new way and place to live after we die. Grieving is normal as it forms part of our complex emotions as human beings.
